Possible game location?

Couldn't Suzuran Island in fact be the island on which the Pokémon League, Victory Road, and Route 224 are on? It's unnamed in the games... Ash traveling there for the League would be obvious. Only other region that had a non-game League location was Johto, and that was basically because the games have Johto and Kanto share the Indigo Plateau Elite Four. TTEchidna 10:08, 9 June 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, I was about to say this. This page could be expanded to include game info. CuboneKing 01:40, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
It's not 100% confirmed. It seems likely, but we can't say for sure. --HoennMaster 02:46, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
I agree with TTE, it's quite likely that these are one and the same, although I suppose it seems a different shape and there is no real sign of the massive waterfall... Kidburla 07:18, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
It's not the same location. It's been mentioned that Suzuran Island is actually located SOUTH of Sunyshore City. I know, it's yet another chance wasted by anime producers. --Maxim 11:51, 29 June 2010 (UTC)

Coincidence?

Here's a list. Notice Anything?

"セキエイ"こうげん Sekiei Plateau (Indigo Plateau)
"シロガネ"やま Mt. Shirogane (Mt. Silver)
"サイユウ"シティ Saiyū City (Ever Grande City)
  "スズラン"島 Suzuran Island

I know it's trivial, but the romanized Japanese names of each league locations in the anime all begin with the letter "s". What do you think?
