214 episodes

Okay I was about to revert it again but, I'm not about to start an edit war here. I'm just saying that if he caught it in DP002 and there were 191 episodes and 25 BW episodes that's 214. The DP192 and DP193 redirect to specials so they are not counted as episodes. --Pokemaster97 20:39, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

I belive Pokemaster is right Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 20:41, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
Instead of saying "obtained", and then having that little note in parenthesis, why not make it "This is the first Pokémon James has added to his team since Carnivine in Two Degrees of Separation!, 214 episodes ago." - unsigned comment from AcroX (talkcontribs)

Evolution?

Cofagrigus makes its debut in BW064, and is the evolved form of Yamask. So rumors might spread that Yamask might evolve in said episode. --KirbyRider 23:50, 30 December 2011 (UTC)

I don't think that the Cofagirigus in BW064 is related to James Yamask, but maybe it can have protection just in case. *Shrugs* I guess we'll see what the staff think. --Pokemaster97 00:13, 31 December 2011 (UTC)
If James plans to make an appearance in the episode that is, seeing that he along with Jessie and Meowth no longer appear in every episode. PattyMan 00:15, 31 December 2011 (UTC)
The preview I saw made it look like the Cofagrigus was a wild Pokémon. I didn't see Team Rocket in the preview either. It's most likely not his so there's no need for protection. --ケンジガール 00:26, 31 December 2011 (UTC)
But here is something: What you see in the episode itself, such as the Lilligant in BW053 might not have appeared in the preview. KirbyRider 01:19, 31 December 2011 (UTC)
That doesn't really mean anything. These aren't protected unless proof is shown first. There's nothing supporting that it's this Yamask evolved. Ataro 01:26, 31 December 2011 (UTC)
Someone at Serebii.net forums says that the Cofagrigus in BW064 happens to be James'.KirbyRider 23:55, 6 January 2012 (UTC)
So? Just because someone says something on a forum doesn't make it true. Unless someone provides solid evidence from a reliable source, don't believe everything you read. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 23:58, 6 January 2012 (UTC)

Article

Do Woobat and Yamask really need an article at this point? Team Rocket are now recurring characters, and they haven't appeared for quite a while recently, and their pokemon have had even less appearences. - unsigned comment from Confusion (talkcontribs)

Team Rocket are still considered main characters because they have been around since the second episode, and the notability requirements state that Pokémon officially caught by Team Rocket that have been around for more than two episode and had an impact on the plot will get a page. We haven't see Butterfree for quite some time either, but does that mean we should get rid of its page? Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 14:50, 15 April 2012 (UTC)
But that is now irrelevant since Team Rocket are no longer notable characters, while Ash still is. - unsigned comment from Confusion (talkcontribs)
What about Tracey, Misty, and May's Pokémon then? We haven't seen them in a while so should we delete their articles? To say Team Rocket are no longer notable characters is reckless. Especially when they appear often and take control of plots. They are far more notable right now than Ash's former traveling companions. --ケンジガール 23:29, 16 April 2012 (UTC)
