Shouldn't this be deleted? It's a pointless article about a Pokémon who was owned for less then an episode. --Netto-kun 22:56, 4 October 2007 (UTC)

Well Ash's Raticate has its own page and he had it less then one episode. Basically, it's okay to right a pointless article about a Pokémon as long as a main character owned it. Not my rules but that's the way it is. --ケンジガール 04:59, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
Ash has Caterpie for less than an episode. Caterpie rule invoked. TTEchidna 05:56, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
Ash had that particular Pokémon for 19 episodes. Even as a Caterpie, it did a lot in the episode whereas all this Hoppip did was float away. --FabuVinny |Talk Page| 14:10, 14 July 2008 (UTC)

Notability

It was his only Generation II Pokemon--KukiTalk 02:25, 14 July 2008 (UTC)

Um, your point? Are you saying this should be mentioned in the article or should this article be deleted??~Pokemaniac102 02:31, 14 July 2008 (UTC)

KEPT--KukiTalk 11:37, 14 July 2008 (UTC)

That's barely a reason to keep it. It's minimal appearance does not warrent an entire article. --FabuVinny |Talk Page| 14:07, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
YES, IT DOES! Don't you get it? If a Pokémon is owned by a main character, then it warrants its own article! The fact that a main character owned it, no matter how briefly, makes it notable! I'm Missingno. Master, and I approve this message. 14:24, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
Evidentially, nobody listened to me, seeing as this page now redirects to James's page. I'm Missingno. Master. See my new and improved user page, and comment on it! 13:45, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
