I know shiny Pokémon weren't introduced yet, but still, look at this page. Halfway down you can see pictures of the Raticate that appeared in the episode. Now look at Raticate's shiny sprites. Plus, they already introduced Togepi, a Generation II Pokémon. Who's to say they didn't slip in a shiny Raticate while they're at it? And before anyone says this is for the forums, no. I say this so we can decide whether or not Raticate should be mentioned as shiny in this ep. Missingno. Master wants YOU! Join the Order of the Glitch! (my talk page) 13:01, 20 July 2009 (UTC)

Paras is also slightly darker. Must be the island or something. tc²₆tc26 13:03, 20 July 2009 (UTC)
Professor Ivy stated herself that Pokémon in the Orange Islands are colored differently than in Kanto because of the climate. That's a mere coincidence. --ケンジガール 01:06, 21 July 2009 (UTC)

Episode Name

Shouldn't the name if the episode be Pokéball Peril instead of Poké Ball Peril like it says on the nameplate at beginning of the episode? Snekradguy (talk) 08:50, 25 May 2014 (UTC)

Apparently, we consider it an error, so the corrected spelling is the one we use. --Abcboy (talk) 11:14, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
Oh, sorry, I probably should have read the full page first. Snekradguy (talk) 18:48, 25 May 2014 (UTC)
