Takeshi Kaga

Takeshi Kaga (Japanese: 鹿賀丈史), born Shigekatsu Katsuda (Japanese: 勝田薫且) in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan on October 12, 1950) played the voice of Jirarudan in Phantom Pokémon Lugia's Explosive Birth. He also sung the character's image song, I am a Collector.
A prolific stage and screen actor in his native Japan, Kaga is mostly known in English-speaking territories as "Chairman Kaga," the enigmatic host of the cookery series Iron Chef.
Fellow "P.P.L.E.B." voice actor Masatoshi Hamada made fun of Kaga's Iron Chef persona during a 1999 episode of Hamada's Hey! Hey! Hey! Music Champ TV series.
