  • Superpower's German name is the same as the name for the Ability Huge Power in German.
  • Though it translates to Great Power, the Japanese name of the move can also mean Animal Power, hence why it is learned by several beast Pokémon such as Luxray or can be literally translated into Idiot Power, hence why it is learned by Bidoof-line.
