Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia
In Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia, Palkia is available in a special mission. Palkia's Spacial Rend distorts Almia, causing many strange things to happen, such as people warping when they pass through doors and fishermen fishing on sand or lava. Whilst being captured, Palkia uses Spacial Rend to warp the capture location at timed intervals, causing effects such as flames or ice spurting from the ground.

Palkia
|
Palkia slashes the air in between it and the opponent. As it does, a new location is seen behind as it slashes, and the opponent falls inside, landing on the ground in the new location. When it does, the rip in space closes up.

Trivia
- Spacial Rend and Aeroblast are variations of one another, and are the signature move of the version mascots of the secondary versions of the even-numbered generations.
- In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2, Spacial Rend hits all Pokémon in a room, despite that it only hits one opponent in the main series games. The same happens for Roar of Time.
