Effect

SmokeScreen lowers the target's accuracy stat by one stage. SmokeScreen will not affect a target with the Abilities Keen Eye, Clear Body, or White Smoke.

Mystery Dungeon

The user will give an opposing Pokémon the Whiffer status. Under the Whiffer status the opposing Pokémon will always miss with any attack; even moves like Faint Attack or Aerial Ace will miss.
