Origin

Pound is a move in the Pokémon games, but Slowpoke can not learn it. Lazy Headbutt seems to be a variation of Headbutt, which Slowpoke can learn via TM02 (in Generation II) or move tutor (in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver).
