TeamShipping (Japanese: フシゼニ FushiZeni or ゼニフシ ZeniFushi) is the belief that Ash's Bulbasaur and Squirtle are in love with each other. Despite the lack of evidence for this couple, it's quite popular, probably because they are both Kanto starters, and neither ever evolved. Also Bulbasaur was mad when Squirtle left to rejoin the Squirtle Squad.
