Norman gives Joy a knowing wink.
In the episode Love, Petalburg Style!, Norman is suspected of cheating on his wife Caroline with the Nurse Joy of Petalburg City. This assumption is eventually disproven, when Norman reveals that the reason he's been spending so much time with Joy is to set up a fireworks display for his and Caroline's anniversary.
However, from this mishap stemmed the name FireworksShipping (Japanese: センジョイ SenJoi).
