ComaShipping( Japanese:サトシン SatoShin, or シンサト ShinSato) Is the belief of a romantic relationship between Ash and Paul. Despite the lack of hints, it still has supporters. It is also sometimes known as DPShiShi.

Ash's hints

Ash really wanted Paul to stay to watch his Gym Battle against Rorak.

In Top-Down Training!, when the crowd makes fun of Paul for losing, Ash yells at them to stop, then comments on Paul's battling.

Whenever Ash sees Paul, he starts a friendly conversation, though it ends quickly because of Paul's cold attitude.

Ash always tries to convince Paul to love and respect his Pokémon to make him a better trainer.

Paul's hints

When Ash was walking out of the lab after having recieved his new clothes in When Pokémon World's Collide!, Paul was standing against a tree and claimed he was waiting for Ash. He was obviously willing to wait in order to battle him, perhaps demonstrating curiosity in Ash's battling style.
In Different Strokes for Different Blokes! Paul helps Ash out when he was being hypnotized by the wild Stantler herd. When Ash thanks Paul, however, he shrugs it off.
Though few consider this is a hint, in A Gruff Act to Follow!, Ash was thinking about a way to battle Roark, and Paul openly suggested to battle like him.
In DP074, Paul was watching Ash and Pikachu battle from a distance. This may, (like When Pokémon World's Collide!), be Paul displaying his curiosity in Ash's battles.
