ChestShipping (also IdolShipping; Japanese: カンカス KanKasu) is the belief in romantic love between Lorelei and Misty. The main hints for this ship come from the episode The Mandarin Island Miss-Match!, the English dub of which calls Lorelei "Prima". In this episode, Misty is obsessed with Lorelei, often staring at her chest -- hence the pairing's most popular name.

A smaller hint appears in the Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen games; according to the Pokémon Journal in the Cerulean City Pokémon Center, "Misty is said to worship Lorelei of the Elite Four." However, as Misty is seen on a date with a man in Pokémon Gold and Silver, and Pokémon Crystal, ChestShipping doesn't seem too likely to happen in the games.
