This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it came with the May 2001 issue of CoroCoro Comic. The card was never released in English.
Trivia
- This card features the Neo Destiny set symbol, indicating that it is a promotional addition to the Japanese set. Despite this, it does not have the special foil treatment the other Shining Pokémon in the set feature.
- The card text on the bottom of the card border reads: "Monthly CoroCoro Comics: May '01 Issue extra card".
