This card was included in the Black & White expansion, first released in the Japanese Beginning Set and Beginning Set for Girls. The Green Tornado Theme Deck included exclusive Cracked Ice Holo and Non Holo prints of this card. In Japan, this card was included in the Beginning Set + and Beginning Set Pikachu Version.
