This attack does a total of 10 damage for each Energy attached to Seadra but not used to play for this attack's Energy cost to your opponent’s Benched Pokémon however you like. You can't do more than 20 damage to your opponent’s Benched Pokémon in this way. (Don’t apply Weakness or Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
