Sand-Attack (Japanese: すなかけ Sand Attack) is a non-damaging Ground-type move introduced in Generation I.

Effect

Generation I

Sand-Attack decreases the opponent's accuracy by 1 level.

Sand-Attack will do nothing if the opponent's accuracy level is at -6, and will fail if the opponent has a Substitute or is under the effect of Mist.

Sand-Attack is a Normal-type move.

Generation II and on

Same effects as before, but now a Ground-type move. Affects Flying-types and Pokémon with Levitate.
