Two versions of this card were released: one which displayed a Kabuto puzzle and another which displayed an Aerodactyl puzzle.
Origin
The image is based on one of the puzzles presented to players in the Ruins of Alph in Pokémon Crystal that allows them to access more variations of Unown.
