Route 210 is a forking route that connects Route 215, the way to Veilstone City, with Solaceon Town and Celestic Town. Unlike previous routes, this one is covered with very tall grass, which means that player is unable to ride a Bicycle there. The way to Celestic Town is blocked by Psyduck, but is cleared after the player obtains the SecretPotion from Cynthia on Route 214. The Café Cabin near the Route 215 junction sells MooMoo Milk. A few Trainers can also be fought there.

Grandma Wilma's house
Grandma Wilma, a move tutor, lives on the northern, foggy stretch of Route 210. Previously, she lived in a famous city of Dragon Tamers (possibly Blackthorn City), and due to this, she is able to teach the move Draco Meteor to a player's well-trained Dragon-type Pokémon.
