Roost (Japanese: はねやすめ Feather Rest) is a Flying-type move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect
Roost restores half of the user's maximum HP and then causes the user to lose it's Flying-type until the turn ends. Any other immunities to Ground-type moves, such as Levitate, are also lost.
