Before doing damage, you may switch 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon with the Defending Pokémon. If you do, this attack does 10 damage to the new Defending Pokémon. Your opponent chooses the Defending Pokémon to switch.

Does 30 damage plus 10 more damage for each of your Pokémon in play.

Trivia

• This card is the only Pokémon card with Rocket in its name in the EX Team Rocket Returns set that follows the normal TCG typing rules. This would remain the case even if its statistics suggested that it would be a Pokémon card.
• Rocket's Scyther ex is the only Pokémon-ex with Rocket in its name in the EX Team Rocket Returns set to be able to evolve further at the time of its release. However, if a future set were to revisit Team Rocket's theme and include a Rocket's Weavile ex that evolves from this card, this card would become the second such card in this set.
