Roar of Time (Japanese: ときのほうこう Roar of Time) is a damage-dealing Dragon-type move introduced in Generation IV. It is the signature move of Dialga.
Effect
Roar of Time inflicts damage and then forces the user to recharge during the next turn. Unless this attack misses, the user will always have to recharge.
Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia
In Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia, Dialga is available in a Special Mission. At the beginning of the mission, it uses Roar of Time to send the player and Wendy back in time to before the player moved to Chicole Village. If the player fails to capture Dialga within a hidden time limit, Dialga will send them back to the beginning of the mission.
