Riyado Town

Riyado Town (Japanese: Riyado Village) is a small village located in Hoenn. It is found in between Mossdeep City and Sootopolis City.
The town made its anime debut in Absol-ute Disaster. The town is home to Gordon and his brother Nicky. For a long time, the town believed a wild Absol was putting the town under a curse and causing them many problems. However, as Gordon, along with Ash and his friends, discovered, the Absol was actually trying to warn them of an imminent flood.
Thanks to Ash and the others, the town was saved, and the Absol was forgiven. Ash and his friends then continued onward to Sootopolis City.
