Rhonda (Japanese: ユウカ Yūka) is the host of a television program called Sinnoh Now. She is voiced by 早水リサ Risa Hayamizu in Japanese and Sarah Natochenny in English.
She appeared in The Champ Twins!, All Dressed up with Somewhere to Go, A Secret Sphere of Influence!, Top-Down Training and in Mass Hip-Po-Sis as a recurring character.
