In Japan, this card was awarded to those who participated in the Pokémon Card Beginner's Battle Conference during the months of January and February 2011.

Trivia

• This card was only released as a Jumbo card and is therefore not legal to use in tournaments or official events.
• This card also shares the highest attack damage of any printed card with several other Jumbo promotional cards. The highest base attack damage on any tournament legal card remains 200.
