This card was released in the English Base Set, originating from the Japanese Expansion Pack. It was later reprinted in the English Base Set 2 expansion and the English Legendary Collection expansion.

Trivia

Origin

Bite and Super Fang are both moves in the Pokémon games. Raticate can learn Super Fang, but could not learn Bite until Generation II. The card's English Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Blue, whereas the Japanese entry comes from Pokémon Red and Green.
