Trivia
A Meowth balloon is seen above the Radio Tower in this card's artwork. This may be a reference to the Meowth balloon that Jessie and James of Team Rocket often use in the Pokémon anime.
Origin
This card is based on the Radio Tower in Goldenrod City, Johto, which is taken over by Team Rocket late in the Generation II games and their remakes.
