Release information

This card was included as part of the Secret Wonders expansion, first released in the Japanese Dialga LV.X and Palkia LV.X Constructed Standard Decks. A promotional card was awarded to those who won the 2007 Summer Battle Roads held in July 2007. It was later reprinted in the Magmortar vs Electivire Deck Kit. This card was also reprinted later in the Arceus expansion, which was first reprinted in the Japanese Advent of Arceus expansion.

Professor Oak is the resident Pokémon Professor of the Kanto region. This card likely references his visit to Sinnoh in the Generation IV games.
