Pokémon Radio Show! Team Rocket's Secret Empire Rare Pilot Edition (Japanese: Pokémon Radio Show! ロケット団ひみつ帝国幻のパイロット盤 Pokémon Radio Show! Rocket-dan's Secret Empire Rare Pilot Edition) is a Japanese audio CD released on April 26, 2013. It is the fourth CD to be released compiling segments from the Team Rocket's Secret Empire radio program that aired on 76.1 interFM in Japan.

This CD was released exclusively at Animate retail stores in Japan. Customers who purchased the Jessie Edition at Animate stores received a stamp card with their purchase. Purchasing either the James Edition or the Meowth Edition at Animate stores would each earn the customer a stamp on their card. After purchasing all three CDs and presenting a completed stamp card, customers could receive this CD free of charge. The CD includes only one track - the full pilot episode of the series. While the interview with Katsuyuki Konishi would later be included on Pokémon Radio Show! Team Rocket's Secret Empire ~Selection~, the rest of the episode's content remains exclusive to this release.
