Your opponent may choose 1 Basic Pokémon in his or her discard pile and put it onto his or her Bench. Then you may choose 1 Basic Pokémon in your discard pile and put it onto your Bench. (A player can’t do this if his or her Bench is full.)

At the beginning of your turn, flip a coin. If heads, you can do nothing during your turn. If tails, your opponent can do nothing during his or her next turn.
