PCG-P Promo print

In Japan, this card was made available as a PCG-P Promotional card with new artwork by an unknown artist to those who rode the Gotta Dance Tour at the PokéPark in March 2005.

Trivia

The promotional reprint of this card shows the logo for the Gotta Dance Tour from the PokéPark instead of an illustrator.

Origin

Astonish and Hyper Voice are both moves in the Pokémon games that Whismur can learn.
