PCG-P Promo print

In Japan, this card was made available as a PCG-P Promotional card with new artwork by an unknown artist to those who rode the Mudkip's Big Splash at the PokéPark in March 2005.

Trivia

The promotional reprint of this card shows the logo for the Mudkip's Big Splash from the PokéPark instead of an illustrator.

Origin

Mud-Slap and Whirlpool are both moves in the Pokémon games that Mudkip can learn.
