In Japan, this card was made available as a PCG-P Promotional card with new artwork by an unknown artist to those who rode the Alto Mare Gondola Cruise at the PokéPark in March 2005.

Trivia

The promotional reprint of this card shows the logo for the Alto Mare Gondola Cruise from the PokéPark instead of an illustrator.

Origin

DragonBreath and Luster Purge are both moves in the Pokémon games that Latios can learn.
