This card was made exclusively for the Pokémon Trading Card Game for the Game Boy Color, never printed as an actual card in any language. However, a scan of the non existent full card was included in a Pokémon card Price Guide.

This card displays a 'GB' symbol in place of the Expansion symbol, indicating it was created exclusively for the Game Boy.

Origin

Slicing Wind's Japanese name is that of Razor Wind, a move in the Pokémon games that Pidgeot can learn. This card's English Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Yellow, whereas the Japanese entry comes from Pokémon Red and Green.
