Phione (Japanese: フィオネ Phione) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the Majestic Dawn expansion.

During your opponent's next turn, any damage done by attacks from the Defending Pokémon is reduced by 20 (before applying Weakness and Resistance).

Release information

This card was included in the Majestic Dawn expansion with artwork by Ken Sugimori, first released as one of the Japanese DP-P Promotional cards. In Japan, it was released as part of a Meiji Chocolate campaign in March 2008. It was reprinted in the Japanese Regigigas LV.X Collection Pack released in April 2009.
