A Parasol Lady (Japanese: パラソルおねえさん Parasol Lady) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation III games. They are generally depicted as women in short rain coats carrying umbrellas.

They use various Pokémon, with most of them Water-type, but frequently employ moves with weather-altering effects such as Rain Dance. In the Battle Subway, they specialize in Pokémon benefiting from heavy rain (primarily the Electric and Water types), and in the early stages, Normal- and Water-type Pokémon.
