Parasol Lady

A Parasol Lady (Japanese: パラソルおねえさん Parasol Lady) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation III games. They are generally depicted as women in short rain coats carrying umbrellas.
They use various Pokémon, but frequently employ moves with weather-altering effects such as Sunny Day.
