Release information

In Japan, this card was made available in Japan as a prize to anyone who participated in the Autumn 2003 Battle Road. It was later reprinted in the EX Emerald set. That print adds a comma after "then" in the last sentence.

Trivia

This card is similar to the Berry card from the Neo Genesis set. This similarity is based on the fact that the Oran Berry in Generations III and IV has the same effect as the normal Berry in Generation II.
