Omastar (Japanese: オムスター Omstar) is a Water-type Stage 2 Pokémon card. It is part of the EX Sandstorm expansion.

Release information

This card was one of the 46 cards first released in the English EX Sandstorm expansion before its subsequent Japanese release in Magma VS Aqua: Two Ambitions. It was later reprinted in the EX Power Keepers expansion with new artwork by Ken Sugimori, which was later released in the Japanese World Champions Pack.

Trivia

Origin

Hydro Cannon is a move in the Pokémon games, though Omastar cannot learn it. The Japanese name of Hydro Cannon is spelled ハイドロキャノン rather than ハイドロカノン as in the video games.
