Old Rod (Japanese: ボロのつりざお Minor Fishing Rod) is a Trainer card. It was first released as part of the Neo Revelation expansion.

Flip 2 coins. If both are heads, put a Baby Pokémon, Basic Pokémon, or Evolution card from your discard pile into your hand. If both are tails, put a Trainer card from your discard pile into your hand.
 
Do Nothing  
At the beginning of your turn, flip a coin. If heads, you can do nothing during your turn. If tails, your opponent can do nothing during his or her next turn.

Release information

This card was first released in the Neo Revelation expansion, originating from the Awakening Legends expansion, with artwork by Keiji Kinebuchi. It was later reprinted in the EX Dragon Frontiers expansion, originating from the Offense and Defense of the Furthest Ends expansion, with new artwork by Shizurow. This print was also included in both the Imprison! Gardevoir ex and Shockwave! Tyranitar ex Constructed Standard Decks.
