Nurse (game)
From Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia.
The Nurses are operators of Pokémon Centers in the games. They had all been unnamed before a nurse named Casey appeared in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. However, it remains unknown if this name applies to other nurses in the games, let alone all of them.

In the games
A Nurse operates every Pokémon Center in Pokémon games. Unlike their anime counterpart, they do not seem to be related in any way. They also don't look identical to each other (they simply share overworld sprites in the same way that many other characters do, which doesn't suggest anything).
In Pokémon Yellow, the Nurse appears under a different overworld sprite. She is more similar to the anime's Joy than in any other game, and is even accompanied by Chansey in every center. Furthermore, an old news page from Game Freak on Pokémon Yellow suggests that her name is Joy (ジョーイ) - the same as in the anime. However, it seems to apply only to Yellow.
In Generation II, the Nurse in Fuchsia City has green hair. It is unknown if this has any significance. Interestingly, in the second floor of all Generation II Pokémon Centers are multiple green-haired nurses.
In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, a nurse participates in Super Contests with a Chansey nicknamed Pinky. The nurse herself is named Casey; however, it is unknown (and unlikely) if all nurses in the game are so named.
Aside from the nurse in the first floor, there is also a different one in every center. Her name is Teala and she can be found in the second floor in Generation III and in the basement in Generation IV.
When the nurse heal the player's Pokémon, she says "We hope to see you again." Many fans have pointed this out, and claim that she likes it when Pokémon are injured.
Pokémon
Casey uses this Pokémon in Contests.

In the TCG
In Expedition Base Set there is a Supporter card called Pokémon Nurse. The art on this card slightly resembles Joy from the anime, but has blue hair. The nurse appearing on the card also seems to have been based on the game's nurse, since the TCG is based on the games, rather than anime.
Trivia
- The official Ken Sugimori's artwork of Nurse was revealed long ago on Game Freak Webpage. Later, the Nurse got a completely different artwork in the TCG.
