  • The cards marked with "*" next to them are exclusive to this Theme Deck and could not be found in Booster Packs.
  • Misty's Goldeen and Misty's Tentacool are two of the notorious "common rares" featured in Gym Heroes, brought about from their fixed rarity in the Theme Deck.

Like other Theme Decks, Misty also includes a rulebook, damage counters, a custom coin (Starmie) and card list.
