This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it came with the Riding on Lapras CD. The card was never released in English.

Trivia

• The card features the Pikachu Records logo in place of an Expansion symbol.
• The card text on the bottom of the card border features the CoroCoro logo and reads: "Pokémon CD “Riding on Lapras” special card".
