Mewtwo is a Pokémon in the gag manga Pokémon Pocket Monsters which belongs to Blue.

History

Mewtwo was created by Blue while he was in his laboratory at the mansion.

Clefairy got a DNA switching machine and mixed his DNA with Mewtwo's causing it to become a gag Pokémon. As a result, it would do the same shenanigans that Clefairy would do. This would upset Blue similar to how Clefairy upsets Red.
