This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it came with the January 1998 issue of CoroCoro Comic. The card was never released in English.
Trivia
Origin
Scratch is a move in the Pokémon games that Meowth can learn. Clear Profit is a variation of Pay Day, another move that Meowth can learn. The card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Blue.
