Release Information

This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was one of five "Masaki Evolution" campaign cards. In order to obtain it, people had to send off a Machoke from the Vending series along with a special Pass Card to MediaFactory. MediaFactory would then send back the "evolved" form. The English version of the card was available through the Pokémon League in February 2002.

Trivia

Origin

Fling is a move in the Pokémon games that appeared in Generation IV, after it had appeared on the card. Machamp can learn it via TM56. The card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Blue.
