Release information

This card was one of the 46 cards first released in the English EX Sandstorm expansion before its subsequent Japanese release in Magma VS Aqua: Two Ambitions. It was later reprinted in the EX Dragon Frontiers expansion, originating from the Japanese Imprison! Gardevoir ex Constructed Standard Deck.

Trivia

This is one of only four cards in EX Dragon Frontiers which isn't a Delta Species. The others are Ralts, Larvitar and Pupitar.

Origin

Psyshock's Japanese name is that of Confusion, a move in the Pokémon games that Kirlia can learn.
