Kai Midorikawa's Charizard

Kai Midorikawa's Charizard is a fierce and devious Pokémon that was Kai Midorikawa's starter. It happily obeys Green's every order and sees himself as Clefairy's rival.
When it was a Charmander, it was seen evolving (straight into form of Charizard), but later devolved to its basic stage. However, it later evolved again, this time permanently. It has never been seen to revert to a Charmander since then. It is unknown if his second evolution was also straight to Charizard, or if Charizard had to be a Charmeleon before finally evolving to Charizard. The rules of evolution were never explained in this series.
