Josh M., formerly known as exo, is the creator of TRHQ, a former website and current message board for fans of Team Rocket. While he no longer is interested in the Pokémon fandom, and does not post at TRHQ, he was influential in uniting the Team Rocket fandom and making the characters as popular in the English-speaking fandom as they are today.

After TRHQ, Josh M went into a webcomics career, first with JoshBabes and currently with Stubble.
