A Jogger (Japanese: ジョギング Jogging) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation IV games. They are young men in visors and athletic outfits. They use a variety of Pokémon, but are notable because they can only be battled in the morning. It could be said that their counterparts are Policemen, who can only be battled at night.
